This Qi Gong class has a focus on organ strengthening and cleansing. This gentle yet powerful practice flushes out toxins and strengthens every organ and cell in the body by opening blockages in the energy field of specific organs. I will guide the participants step-by-step through a therapeutic blend of focused movement, deep breathing and creative visualization techniques to: Circulate Qi (life force energy) to rejuvenate the entire body; Revitalize key organs (lung, heart, liver, stomach, intestines, kidneys and gall bladder) responsible for moving toxins; Soothe one’s nervous system so it releases feel-good chemicals instead of stress hormones; Restore mental clarity by harmonizing the right and left brain; and Eliminate anxiety and center yourself through an energy balancing movement.
