Workshop Description: Explore the inner world of your energy body through the rainbow spectrum mandala of the chakra system. We will journey through each chakra with guided visualizations, meditations and affirmations to support understanding in order to balance and revitalize these energy centers. Each person will receive customized energy-work along with an affirmation for the chakras that they focus on.
Bio: Laura Rose is a passionate practitioner of the healing arts of bodywork, massage, yoga, and somatic therapies. She has been practicing and refining the art of her "listening touch" since 2000 when she attended the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where she studied Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure and Reflexology, as well as the Philosophy of Natural Therapeutics, Herbs, Nutrition, and Holistic Healing. Since completing her training, her unquenchable desire to provide deeply transformational healing experiences led her to study Reiki, CranioSacral, Manual Lymph Drainage, Thai Massage, Breema® Bodywork, Hakomi Therapy, Focusing, Meditation, and Yoga.
