Workshop Description: In Contacting the Dark movement, touch, and vocalization are freed of the constraints of vision, verbalization, and social radar. It is a group somatic sensory exploration where you are encouraged to rediscover the joy of shared, creative, and embodied play.
Contacting the Dark is a easy entrance to the soft touch and nourishment that you can sometimes get in Contact Improvisation. It is practiced blindfold and within a safe container. Come discover satisfaction and richness of experience as you Contact the Dark. Please wear comfortable clothing that it is easy to move in.
