Lora’s first yoga experience was while living in California. The magic of Gurmukh and the healing power of Kundalini opened her heart to spiritual teachings. Studying meditation, manifestation, Reiki and healing arts, Lora was guided to Arizona. It was while living there she fell in love with vinyasa yoga and pranayama. She received her 200 hr RYT certification from At One Yoga. Now in Omaha, Lora is currently the Director and Founder of Yoga Rocks the Park-Omaha, the Yoga Instructor for the Creighton Athletes, and Lead Teacher at Lotus House of Yoga, where she has completed her 500 hr RYT certification. Having a unique ability to distill the essence of the asana, Lora teaches classes designed to create community, quiet the mind and inspire the body through music, movement and breath.
